Allioli

After many years with Bread and Tomato and free camping family grows, we decide to gather interests and set up as a small new camp, focused on art installations, good food, chill... Allioli is an ancient mediterranian sauce which is used to give a special touch to some meals, it can also be eaten with bread (and tomato). Preparing the sauce in the original traditional way is quite an ART, it takes technique, skill and patience.
